Try to go back to the time when you were a kid and had your first bite of your favourite chunky crunchy granola.
Nowadays it is still as tasty as it was this particular day but we are more aware of what really lies in the bowl infront of us. The good thing about making your own healthy version of the famous store bought version is, that you are simply free to decide what it contains.
No baked sugary loaded stuff. It is really fun to experiment with different flavors, nuts, seeds, dried fruits and natural sweeteners.

I am going to show you a basic recipe with my favourite Ingredients. Perfect for the Winter time!
My love for it developed over the years as I was searching for a quick and easy way to get my ritual morning muesli bowl which contains everything I need for the day. I wanted it to have protein, fiber and iron and it even has many many more essential nutrients. Through the raw! dehydrating process they keep their full high nutritional value. The enzymes are said to withstand a food temperature under 118F to keep it truly live. There are countless ways of combinations. Think of a chocolate-coconut-crunch or  vanilla bean-cherry anyone?
A healthy start in the day - the body thrives it.
The Granola is dried in a dehydrator if you do not have access to one you could make it in the oven at the lowest temperature, or dry the rawnola outside in the warm sun.
